If i'm not mistaken you should have around cpu socket somewhere a ISL6556BCB chip on ABIT IC7 mobo CHECK THAT.

vCORE droop mod ISL6556BCB pin 12 & pin 17 (or any ground) with max 20K VR. It works for both NW and Prescott.

For the MSI 865P NEO2 Platinum Edition should be Pin 12 and Pin 14 because that mobo should have the same ISL6556bcb,only other pin use.

Wow that definitely brings back plenty of memories. The guide was SO hardcore back then, we were all like OH SHIT :eek: George has 10 IC7-Gs in his lab :D I myself have one, Stelaras has like 3 or 4. And Stelaras is the only Greek I know (besides hipro ofc) who can perfectly perform all of these modifications - some of them are pretty hard!
