Yo PULSAR, it comes packed with all your needs man.
this is c/p from Rig Pics, with GTX295 / Tek9 5.0 SLIM
awesome stuff people , its really great to see all the methods people are using , as Vince would have said.
I tought about / imagined , a thread where all options / methods , used as per today , could be written down with + and - , so people could do there own conclusions and compare the different methods, which im mostly sure was Vinces intension with this thread, now the writing stuff justs needs to be done.
To sum it all up ,lets have a look, how THC and i run the 295s

Materials used , execpt the protection pads to the left from the Swiftech MC14s

Before mounting the sinks , the VGA have been coated with plastic spray.
disassemble GTX295 > coat with plastic spray ( , and let it dry , coat it once more (frontside coated from the VGA cables to the PWM start (left to right) with the IHS , ICs and Caps/PWM taped in , backside got full spray without cover , especially the backside you really want to spray twice , let it dry and we are ready for next step > EnzoTech SLF-1s mounted with Ceramique , Swiftech MC14 with Akasa thermal adhesive tape > Tek5 > paper towel (will get back to this)

As you migth can see , the "only" beside the plasticspray is paper towel , from buttom of the card/pot its wrapped up into the middle of the card on each side of the pot , then the backsides of the card have got a layer , then in the middle of the card beside the pot in the "four corners" paper have been wrapped tightly from to snag over the card and tighten in buttom where it will overlapped and assignet with masking tape, this procedure goes on with the "corners" available (3)
This is how it looks when its up and running @

For sure you need a nb pot buddy ;) Nice pics..
u can get the newer slims designed for the 295's and later to fit 9800gx2 with the use of some kind of clamp for the backside gpu. Tek4's were during that era and more accommodating for the IHS-less gpus and diff backside mounting. Tek5 and up slims are a bit slimmer than 4.0.
