How hard is it to get a job where you live

Its extremely difficult here in texas to get a job even with certifications and degrees.
Anyone else have troubles or is it easier in other places I wouldnt mind moving over state lines to get a better job

Same here. Id like a distribution job like the warehouse that distributes to Newegg.

Things are tough here in Arkansas too. Even with an Associates degree (not bragging I promise), a technical certificate, and 18 years as a machinist in the aerospace racket I'm just now seeing signs of anything promising. I think it's time to look towards IT (like everyone else that's lost a job apparently). Here's hoping we all find that dream job soon!
