I have 2 of those Ic's, the one in the left corner is what i believe to be the mem regulator--->it measures around 565ohms at pin 4
The one at the right, prolly gpu regulator cause it has allot of caps around it, measures 9.9kohm at pin 4

Pin 4 for U501, decrease resistance on it to raise volts. (or change R506)

Pin 4 for U93, decrease resistance on it to raise volts. (or change R919)
