He's not Bs'ing, there isnt one mod on the card, only evbot for voltage. Oh yah and 1.2v is totally not correct. Its a bit higher
As for 1500 on water, I dunno that might be stretching it. Never tried water, only some nice cool air in the lab. 1400's I think tho with some extra juice.
Most average cards can prolly do on water what the best cards can do on air.
