Default Somebody can help me with GTX 580 Direct CUII PLL problem??

Hi friends...
I hardmoddem my GTX 580 Direct CU II (all mods, OCP, CBB, VGPU and VRam) and its all everything all right, but i have a problem with PLL mod, and i want to do if somebody can help me.

I did exactly this mod

Thats an easy mod, but i don t know why, VPLL measure give me always 0.78V only.
I hardmodded and when i chenged trimpot voltages, it don t works and keep always 0.78V;
I did check lots of times, changed 3 x 50K trimpots, change 3 times ground, and it didn t work.
can somebody help me and tell what s happened.

P.S. the VGA is working normally, but i don t know what is the real voltage to PLL

best regards and thanks in advance.
