No but there is problem with PLL override because when it's enabled, impossible to have a coeff >48

This also worked on gd65:
1) go in BIOS 2) set 46x ratio, set PLL override to disable 3) save settings and reboot 4) go back in BIOS 5) set 50x ratio, keep PLL override at disable 6) save settings and reboot 7) go back in BIOS 8) set PLL override to enable 9) save settings and reboot
