Hi Shammy, the traditional modd would be the way I described in the picture below??
I understand the modd by Shammy would be what I describe in the image below: ![]() (((The two blue wires on the left side of the photo are ocp modd, I forgot to write the name))) Please correct me if I'm wrong ... Sorry for the bad english!!! Last edited by cleitonschenckel; 03-23-2012 at 11:15 AM. |

@cleitonschenkel
Following the sama way to HD 7970, I suppose that we can take a 5 Kohm to change voltage, but I am not sure thats right. Now with the way in your pic, I am a lit bit more confused... lol |

That pic seems 99% incorrect

Better....
What about to use only the 5Kohm resistor to change VGPU? |

you need to connect the red wire to fixed 5k VR or 5k resistor from the resistor to gnd and the green wire to 1k VR and secound wire direct to gnd than will it work as it should

that's what I understood about the mod...
But I understand that 5KOhm to change the voltage (because is a hot wire point),..., and 1KOhm do not need to touch and keep at 1KOhm. Please let me know if is right. Thanks |
