Default Will a i7-3820 bottleneck a gtx 680 phantom 2gb

Hey guys
I'm kinda new to computerbuilding, overclocking and such but find it intriguing and want to learn so please don't be to harsh =)

I have bought myself a new system consisting of mainly x79 sabertooth board, i7-3820 with h100 cooling and gtx 680 phantom 2gb.

What I was hoping you guys could help me with is telling me if my cpu will bottleneck the gtx 680 and the system overall in gaming performance?
Do I really need to get the cash for a 3930k to get a more balanced performing system and thus get advantage of the power of the gtx 680 or can I manage with overclocking the current cpu, when it comes to not hurting game performance?

I was thinking of trying to overclock the 3820, how far could I go with this processor and still be fairly safe. Don't want to push it till the shit gets serious :P

Sorry for all the questions at once, just want to learn this stuff and hear your opinions =)

The 3820K should be fine, you can expect to be able to reach 4GHz - 4.3GHz pretty easily.

Tried to dabble a bit with the cpu the other day

Reaching 4.3 ghz required about a monkeys intelligence to do

I managed to reach 4.75ghz with blck @ 125 and 38 multiplier (vcore @1.376v) which I think was stable, it didn't help me much in terms of 3d mark 11 tho :S not quite sure why, but it only raised my score slightly from 10'225 to 10'248 :S Maybe I did something wrong with the other settings, or maybe it wasn't as stable as I would think, I only ran prime95 for about an hour.

5Ghz is possible with OK cooling.. H100 may be a little bit to weak.

Iam using EK 420 radiator and a Heatkiller full copper block.

EDIT: and no; its wont bottleneck... !!!
