looking to buy and run 2/47
http://www.ldcooling.com/shop/ld-pc-...se-change.html allways overclocked before and liquid cooled for years, wanna take that next step into phase change.....few questions can i insulate my motherboard for 24/7 usage....ie 5 hours a day? i do live in australia gets really hot in summer here worried about condensation..... or should i get the coolermaster phase change with backing plate heat pads? are heat pads needed coz the ld cooling doesnt come with any.. do like the coolermaster unit as i can get one that cools gpu as well....but cannot find a 240v version for australia.... looking to get around 5.2-5.4 ghz stable with phase and have no idea how to insulate, have read a few guides, ie rubber kneader, is that suitable for 24/7 usage? love to get a gtx 680 and my 3960x cold any advice would be much apreciated.....

Before I got into DI or LN2 cooling, I used a prometia on daily system and during michigan summers it can get pretty hot and humid, prolly not as bad as AU but still I needed to use the heater pad behind the socket to keep things dry in there. Heater pad + really good seal using the seal string was more than enough to run all the time or for long stretches.
I would recommend the heater plate. |

here in europe is a seller named Dimas Tech they have many different solutions, when it comes to extreme cooling, and their phase change runs at 240v. |
