Rampage Extreme P4 Bios

The REX is a rock star on C2D's so far in my experience, but on P4's hardly any ram dividers work, the LCD poster won't allow higher than 400 FSB (I've had this board to 650FSB on C2D's), SetFSB gets unstable at anything over 400 with P4 641's or 651s...

I've tried bios 0301 and 1301. Anyone have a special bios for the REX which helps it respond better to P4's?

I have a couple golden 641's and 651's here (no coldbug, full pot), and I know I haven't met the chip limits yet - I can drop CPU multi, and still can't get higher FSB... My max frequency with either chips has been 6.5GHz or lower due to the low FSB stability limits. Others however have gotten much higher on the REX (I realize it isn't the "best" board for P4 clocking, just trying to get the best out of what I have):
