F1 Gemini DI base

Hello everyone, my first post here.

I am looking for a pot to use with dryice, and evenutally maybe LN2. This pot was suggested to me by a friend. Will it be ok to use as is until the DI tuned base is available?

F1EE does alos the job with Dice.

I used F1 Gemini with dry ice often. still do at times and it does fine.
Keep an eye out here for when they are available.

Thanks for the replies. My firt time trying any type of extreme cooling, Ill give the Gemeni a try.

Saw the base itself, but I'm wondering if there was any seal that got implemented with the base. IMHO, it's still not very deep and definitely not while running Dice with a large load.

will have to wait for Vince to answer this question. the Dice base i have didn't have a deal between the base and sleeve, but i improvised and used tape around it and it was sealed. and the base is fine, handled larger loads well.

That's not what I meant. The base itself works fine and will likely hold plenty of load, but when you're on Dice, you add more Dice than usual when running on a high load. The increased Dice volume displaces the acetone and raises the height the acetone reaches. I'm just saying that it will more-than-likely need a seal of some sort.

Yep I believe I read that Vince stated there will be a rubber gasket/o-ring that you will use for a seal.
