Edit
Another bug with 0880 pls set DRAM Data VREF manually @ 0.50 or 0.495 since sometimes it is wrong with this bios

Any known issues with HD7870 series?

Testing a new card here and first pcie slot gives no issue (post completed) and in the second slot I can't reach the same clocks as I did on SB-E and Bulldozer.

Bios: 0880
cpu: 3770K ES E1

Could this explain why it was impossible to boot @DDR3-2800 with XMP profile?

no I get '55' with the 2800 XMP profile and it boots with the 2666 profile with no problem.

on a UD5H both profiles work ok, I'll try your fix on Monday and see what happen.

Latency Boundary jumps to very high value using 0880, when I select 2600+ multi, has to be brought down manually to 6/5. Is that intentional?

yes cos youre at a frequency over what your ram is rated at, how can we know how good your ram is.

I'm only asking because it's seemingly different behavior from before, that's all. There's no inference in the question about any knowledge you may or may not have about my RAM
Thanks for answering anyway
