michael_rw, yes, you are good with that, but don't forgot to cut VID6 and tie it to GND to switch for >1.2V range. As drawback you could not go lower voltages anymore unless you control VID6 manually same way.

ok cool. sorry for the n00b questions but,
Once i do the hard mod in my diagram, cut VID6 and tie it to ground, how do i regulate the voltage? Do i control it by opening and closing the different switches on the DIP switch?

Also, what Watt rating should the 4.7K ohm resistors have? (1/4W, 0.1W, etc..?)

anybody know if the stock eVBot firmware is for x58 and is supported by e-power? or do you need p03. Just ordered a new eVBot from eVGA store and need to know if I need to send it to a friend with classified board to flash.

Yup stock X58 is the correct one.

Be way nicer if it was the stock GPU setup, then you could do three untouchables with one EVBot (and without unplugging/replugging to change voltages).

This is the part that I am grasping to understand as well. In the VRD11 table the voltages have a HEX code that represents each step in voltage, but how do we translate that to on/off positions on the dip switches?

Look at the HEX code in binary, which is to say 1s and 0s, eight of 'em.
Now look at the switches as that same binary code.

Ok, that's what I was thinking but wanted to verify. So for 1.3v= 32 (Hex) = 00110010.

So how would that work for the 7 dip switch used by TiN?

32h -> 0b00110010.

VID7 is MSB, VID0 is LSB

switch short ground to VID = log "0"
if left open (pullup to 3.3v) - log "1"

in 1.3V case - VID5, VID4 and VID1 have to be pulled up, rest should be ground.
