The PWM heatsink looks similar to the 580 Classified version, so I'm also going to say 680 Classified 4GB version.

The CPU pot looks pretty cold also, Z77 + Ivy Bridge?????????

Remains of some poor 580 classy soldered to some poor 680 is my guess.

Looks to me like some sick bastard zorched the beph off of a 580 and soldered it to a 680 hunting for 2000mhz
