Default A0 980x on classy 4way post code 62

When cold booting I hang on post code 62. Its totally random too. Sometimes I can boot -118 sometimes it takes -90c. Any ideas? Bios is a59. Also getting F3 flashes the cuts power, F3 flashes cuts power on and on till you clear cmos once in a while after bsod. Any thoughts? Chips is a winner though

i noticed f3 flash to shut then bootup at detroit bench session , havent seen it before , havent tested a retail 980x too before that so thought could be due to that difference. but as you say ES, so maybe new bios got that, try enabling 'turbo performance' , it solved the win xp reboot issue for me.
62/b2 is usually memory, can get that with bad contact (slot/socket), but also when mch not responding.
