• When will my order ship?
• Typically, most orders will ship 3-5 business days after purchase date, unless stated otherwise in product description. Tracking info will be provided once the order is processed, packed, confirmed by courier, and dispatched.
• Do you ship international?
• Yes we ship WORLDWIDE.
• What shipping service do you use?
• EMS and DHL GLOBAL EXPRESS are primarily used on all international orders. DHL is the standard way for most orders unless the cost is too prohibitive. Then we will use EMS GLOBAL EXPRESS which is more economical, but still pretty reliable way to ship internationally. Actual shipping prices vary depending on items ordered, quantity, and location. The KPC webstore checkout will calculate shipping rates based on region and weight. Multiple items can be combined for BIG savings on shipping, so its encouraged to group buy with others on smaller items. Ordering multiple item quantities for future use can also save on total shipping cost per order.
