You can find some quick answers here to the most commonly asked questions we receive about orders and shipping.

• When will my order ship?
• Typically, most orders will ship 3-5 business days after purchase date, unless stated otherwise in product description. Tracking info will be provided once the order is processed, packed, confirmed by courier, and dispatched.
• Do you ship international?
• Yes we ship WORLDWIDE.
• Why is the shipping so expensive?
• The shipping is coming direct from TAIWAN and DHL EXPRESS is the fastest, most trackable/reliable way to send while expensive
• What shipping services do you use and can I choose?
• EMS and DHL GLOBAL EXPRESS are primarily used on all international orders. DHL will be used unless the cost is higher than site charged DHL price. Then we will use EMS GLOBAL EXPRESS which is the most economical and still a pretty reliable way to ship internationally. Actual shipping prices vary depending on items ordered, quantity, and location. The KPC webstore checkout will calculate a shipping rate based on region and weight.
• If I order multiple items, can I save on the shipping?                  Yes, we encourage group orders to make the international shipping more economical, You can order 10 bags of 3g KPx and pay the same price for shipping as just 1 bag. Ordering multiple item quantities for future use can also save on total shipping cost per order.
• Will I need to pay duties or import taxes when the order arrives? YES! You are responsible for any duties that your country may impose on you. This is entirely country dependent and something we cannot control. The amount you are charged on my site is only for the cost of the products and shipping to you. We cannot guarantee whether or not your country will charge you import tax.
